My husband is on prednisone. Its a low dose now but he was on a high dose for awhile. It definitely makes it hard to lose. Not sure what you can do except maybe ask the doc if they have any tips. I'm sorry you have lupus. Hang in there though. Don't get discouraged. Just do the best you can.
