that's why I did it too. i looked cute bigger and my internal health was great but i saw my healthy mother with joint pain and i knew that was my future if i didn't lose weight...even if we're still cute the extra weight is hard on our frames. I'm only 5'4" and I was 273...i have small hands and feet...i know it had to have been hard on me on those years. i move around so much easier! i didn't even know how heavy and hard it was carrying it around until it was gone
