9st 6lb (SS at WW) Pleased with both these results, as I'd used half my weeklies on day 1 last week! Finished them all off but not all my exercise points, so luckily it turned out ok as a 'maintain'. I definitely don't think I'll be aiming for that 50lb certificate! As nice as it would be, I just don't think I have it in me to do it. Perhaps if I can maintain this weight for long enough that my body adjusts to it as the new normal, then it might be possible to lose a little more, but I think I have my work sufficiently cut out for me with maintaining, so no sense in making it harder on myself! It's far more important that I get a handle on maintaining than that I have a fancy certificate :-)
