The sun is out and it's relatively warm at 7C so I could work outside today, but I won't because it's a rest day. I need to wash the bike before I bring it inside. The scale moved down today. Really enjoying the kundalini yoga; I can't believe I never tried yoga before. I love it. I stretch and exercise for 30 minutes immediately after I wake, and then perform more rigorous stretching and exercise a while after I have something to eat. It has made a noticeable change in my energy and alertness levels. Hopefully it will do the same for my metabolism. Slept soundly.
I have taken a whey mix for protein augmentation for the past two days. One glass adds 18g of soluble protein. I hope all the weight training and yoga help to keep me from looking like I've got sagging paint all over my body. I am using pure vitamin E oil on a daily basis. I apply it anywhere even a ghost of a sag becomes apparent.
