I use a smart scale (Fit Bit Aria 2) to weigh myself every morning after rest room with no cloths. Weight fluctuates as much as 3-4 lbs day to day, up or down, depending on meals, exercise, drinks, etc. What I post here is the weekly average that Fit Bit provides in its app.
