Went to sleep a little early and slept like a rock 8 hours last night. I was a little hungry at around 23:00 but I ignored it and the feeling went away. I'm awake before 09:00 which is unusual for me, but it's a beautiful day and I think I will ride 16km today. Indulging myself with 2 fresh eggs this morning from our backyard chicken.
No muscle soreness or stiffness, and the scale reads 220 lbs; I lost 4 lbs. This must be water weight or the scale is screwed up.
