Ended up falling off the wagon for several months. While I started my diet at the end of August 2018, I didn’t really get into tracking my diet routine until around mid-September, 2018. Then things went bad for me in mid-October, lost a temp job I had recently started and started driving at nights for Uber/Lyft and the holidays were then upon us and the diet went by the wayside. I’ve been experiencing all the same symptoms that made me want to lose weight 7 months ago. Just getting started again today with the diet, though I did get a little bit of exercise in twice this week with walks of 1.18km (0.73 miles) and 2.50km (1.55 miles). Using an app called Zombie Run 5K to help with motivation to get in physical activity, which I was not doing previously.
