I didn't do well yesterday with the water.. only 5 cups..have to do better need to work up to 64oz+ daily, would love to get up to 100 oz..Did my workout today - I have been consistent with that, I do it daily :)
My food diary log everyday. yesterday was a horrible day.. I ate 21 net carbs and only 559 calories. :( Come 8pm I was starving and couldn't consume too much of anything because of carb count. Will do better have to get the meals balanced again.

Just keep trying! You are doing an amazing job and still losing. I'm sure you can work your way up to 100 oz of water/day. I'm still at 50 or so oz. Which isn't nearly enough but it's a WHOLE LOT more than I used to drink (none) Hope you have an excellent day!!

I don't know how you are drinking your water. Out of bottles or glasses? The easiest way I've found to drink a lot of water daily is to refill my old water bottles and keep them close-by. I sit at a desk most of the time, so I keep them lined up on my desk. I have 2 - 16.9oz., 2 - 20oz., and 1 - 17.2oz. When I take a drink, I don't guzzle it, but I do get enough each time to swallow a few times. When that bottle is empty, I grab another one. I also try to start drinking as early in the morning as possible. Like today, I started on my first bottle at 7am. By 2pm, I had already drank 4 of them. When they're all empty, I take them downstairs and refill them and start over. That's the only way that I can get around 100 or more oz. a day. It's funny, even when I haven't been in a challenge that requires drinking water, it's become such a habit, that I still go through that same routine even though I don't "have" to. I haven't had anything except water, unsweetened tea with splenda (already in it) and lemon, or coffee since I started low-carb in August, except for 2 (maybe 3) allowed splurge days. My body should love me lol. So far today, I've had 131 ounces :) I see y'all waaay back there behind me.. Better catch up! LOL (just a little motivation talk ;) .. y'all are doing great!)
