I had chipotle last night for dinner. I always used to get three tacos. I was usually hungry pretty soon after and while good it was never my favorite place. Plus the 1000+ calories seemed excessive. So when my husband suggested chipotle I pulled out my phone to find other options and realized that I was finally ready for a burrito bowl. I still can’t handle peppers and onions but I added rice and beans. All told it was 650 calories which was awesome. Oh my goodness....it was amazing. I had no idea chipotle could taste so good. I couldn’t get over how much more delicious and filling it was. Unfortunately my stomach is paying for it this morning lol. But just one more reminder to step outside my “usual, predictable, comfortable” space.
