I have given my body enough time for its plateau and to adjust to the new weight while maintaining for a few weeks. I am ready to be very strict again and start focusing on my ultimate goal of 115-120lbs. I find I am capable of losing 15 lbs at a time, before hitting a plateau and needing adjustment time - between metabolic adjustment periods. I'm finding now that I am more adjusted to eating less. The 900 calorie restriction I am on to lose weight is not as challenging as it once was in the beginning. Being closely monitored by my primary care physician to improve my metabolic rate by eating more frequently while on the restricted caloric intake and to start to work on a leaner body is in my views. I am looking forward to the complete recovery from my recent surgery so I may get out and exercise again and use my indoor exercise bicycle to build more muscle slowly.
