I can't help to feel I would get more frickin' exercise if it wasn't raining everyday, if my town was not flooded beyond belief, if the air was not full of pollen, if gnats were not flocking the trails, and the threat of tornadoes and scary storms did not keep me up most every night. Oh, and last week, an airplane crashed into the parking lot of an apartment a few down from mine. I am starting to feel convinced that staying fat and happy indoors for a while might not be that bad of an idea after all.

My diet is doing fine.... My exercise, on the other hand, could use a little bit of help. Crunches and push-ups and labor intensive work 8 hours a day are not enough. I don't want to weigh 150 lbs. the rest of my life.

I wore a dress for a wedding this weekend and someone took a photo of me that included my legs. Ewwww! Those suckers are huge and I am not even exaggerating. People at my work comment that my calves are larger than most men's legs. Trust me, this is NOT a good thing. If I were to change one thing about my body right now, it would be to have thin calves.

My boyfriend is out of town this weekend and I have discovered that I eat far less without him around. He is just always eating and psychologically, it makes me feel the need to eat as well. For instance, when we get home from work at night, he has a snack so therefore, I get hungry when I see him enjoying his snack and want one too!!!!

Hope everyone else is doing better than me at losing weight. I suck at this sooooo frickin' hard.
