totally bingeing on sugar - don't know what my deal is... snickers, butterfingers, baby ruths, the mini kind - like for halloween - only I eat the entire yes ENTIRE bag.... mt dew... I drink it like I should be drinking water, frappachinos - every day almost! gobbstoppers, runts, sweet tarts - the BIG boxes, like movie theater size... what is my deal? am I THAT addicted to sugar? or do I have that LITTLE self control? And I've only run once in the past 2 weeks and that was only for 1 mile. I basically replaced my workout with sugar binges and eating fast food - mcdonalds twice, burger king and runza twice - all in one week! YUCK! I need to purge or flush-out, or CLEANSE my system and reboot/start over!!! Need a plan or mantra - because the cycle/rut I'm stuck in sure isn't working. HELP!
