Found a diet/fitness plan on nowloss.com to jump start things. Says you can lose 20 lbs in 3-4 weeks, only if you have a lot to lose though. Seems radical but actually I read through it and really it's just a lot of exersize, 2X daily 4 times a week, and 4 small meals a day, lots of water and raw veggies.
