Ok. I know what I need to do. No dairy no Keto cookies or anything fancy. I been doing Keto for 9 months or so and I know that my body does this. Super frustrating that I’m seeing a slight increase but not going to worry. I have been lazy. Need to step it up. Those last lbs aren’t going to lose themselves !!

When I started to introduce all those keto treats I stalled, gained a bit, lost a bit, stalled back at the same weight. back to basics for me. BTW I have been floating around the same weight for more than 6 months....it's definitely the keto treats for me!
