Joined a bootcamp yesterday starting today for 8 sessions (Mon/Wed). Already noticed I cannot make it the week of 22Oct/24Oct => must make the rest. Also this coming weekend is Thanksgiving. Going home to visit my mom & family. My sister is having a meal/celebration Friday night for my mom's birthday. Then big turkey meal probably Sunday. Who knows what Saturday. Thanks goodness the drive home Monday. Will try my best to do everything in moderation. Hoping a few walks or something.
