tried the loaded lettuce bunless burger from McDonald's for lunch today it's the biggest serving meal I have had since starting my weighloss journey on 16th November 2018. although it was nice I have just read there are more calories in it than a big Mac and now that I think about it it's not suprising the crispy chicken patty was massive and it took me ages to eat. I will be making my own next time from home so I know exactly what's in it, minus out the bacon mayo and relish. Becos I am hardly eating anything these days I find myself not going to the bathroom reguarly I get constipated so I had to force myself to go this morning was sore so I'm going to have to up my fiber intake daily
