Ok so not sure how I did that with 3 days in Rome must have been the walking. Out for dinner with work one night this week so set my expectations for the next few weeks, going to try to maintain till after Christmas 🤶. Hope you all have a great Christmas!

I have no expectations during the festivities! Kids bring their families to me but not all on the same day so there will be lots of food. Mostly healthy eating but a lot that’s not. I won’t be stressing over it though. I’ll weigh in when I can to give an accurate account of my eating habits and exercise twice as hard when no one’s around 😂🎄

Thanks guys, yep exercise might be a plan for me, normally I am so lazy when I get home from work, but if I am home all day, I can easily nip off and do a stint on the bike. Get a bit of me time as well!
