Darn that TOM..i took it much better this month than i did last month.. tried to reduce the impact of my water retention and it seems to have paid off.. only gained .7 rather than the 2 lbs i gained last month.. hopefully next weigh in will balance me out. I was able to get into a smaller size this week so i'm inching closer to being a 10. Only been a 12 a few weeks so i'm not letting this little set back hinder me :)
