Oh nooo! let me give you some ideas because I had a horrible time (won't go into details) and could not chew or eat solid food for a number of weeks.
try this.. bean soup, then put it in the blender to make it like a smoothie and heat it up! very good, I actually considered doing this with all my bean soup! good protein and great for South Beach.
Also yogurt with berries/fruit and sweetner smoothies.
I also tried a few other soups in the blender but bean or pea soup was best and putting it in the blender makes it thick and very satisfying. Good luck to you! you'll feel better soon! Now switch that ice cream for the yogurt and fruit smoothies. You have been doing sooo great! look at your chart!! you've already almost half way to your goal!
