End of month weigh in and measurements. I started Piyo on the 5th this month and haven’t skipped any workouts even though life is busy with 3 kids and a crazy busy extended family. These workouts are for me and to help me see myself and my body in an empowering way that I’ve long since forgot in this chaos called life.
Bust -1.5 Chest -1.5 Waist -2 Stomach -1 Hips -2.5 Right leg (measured both thigh and calf) -1 Left leg (measured both thigh and calf) -2 Right arm -1 Left arm -0
I hope I can continue this through the even crazier month of December with all the different holiday gatherings; one month left of the Piyo workout calendar.
