I actually didn't weigh in today, but I am posting anyways....I know that I have gained a few pounds, but not exactly sure where I am at! I need to focus and get my butt in gear!!! I have exactly a month before we do on vacation and I need to get below that 150 mark!!! Teetering between 152 and 156 for the past few months...IT IS TIME TO KICK THIS IN THE BUTT!!!! I have started back at the gym, but need to push myself harder! I am still playing volleyball 2 nights a week and Softball 1 night, plus every weekend, I know I am getting great exercise, but I guess it is not enough. My eating is not bad, I really watch what I eat during the day, but lately the evenings have been killing me...need to stop the crap eating at night! My goal is to get to the 150 or below mark by June 1st, I CAN DO THIS! Going to start recording my food and exercise better to be sure I am where I need to be!

Foods for the day:
Breakfast ~ 1 cup cheerios w/ 2% milk
snack ~ fruit smoothie
Lunch ~ 1 cup brown rice with sauteed veggies
snack ~ not sure yet
Dinner ~ salad w/ 2 tbsp fat free dressing

I can and will do this!!!

That's the spirit!! Have a "Can Do" attitude. I know you can drop below 150 for your vacation...you're so close. We're right there with you!!
