Very unhappy with this, but it's probably because of my lack of caring about my diet lately. It puts me only 1 sad pound below my starting weight here. Next week I'm going to start back up again and we'll see what happens to my weight then!

if your diet has been slipping you can't be unhappy with the results. that's like not paying for petrol then getting mad when the car won't start hahahahaha.
you only get the results if you put in the effort. exercise is important but like they say you can't outrun a bad diet

That's understandable, you can do it, keep your carbs low 20-50, a day and watch your portions and drink plenty of water, chew gum when you feel like eating and you have already ate, until it's time for you to eat again, I eat small portions every 3 hours and then a sensible dinner, I stop eating after 5 pm, everyday and that has really help me, and now I doing a little walking also, God bless you, and I hope this can help you on your journey.

You have to be mentally ready to change your life. I know sometimes I wanted the results but wasn’t mentally ready to put the work in. If you need to make small changes that you can maintain a little at a time , then do that. Sometimes it’s easier to make 1 new habit at a time instead of just plunging into the freezing waters.
Whatever way you go you have people here supporting you.
