Wow, a 2.2 lb loss! I am impressed with my body! I hope I don't gain it back next week!

My blood pressure is still hard to control (130s and 140s systolic), but it was slightly lower this morning. It tends to go lower in the weekends, for obvious reasons I guess!

For breakfast, I have been alternating between bulletproof coffee -- which I like, I used to be so judgementally against the very concept -- and scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon and sometimes other ingredients (can be mushrooms, spinach, olives). Before I went low-carb, I used to alternate between the scrambled eggs and oatmeal, but I dropped the oatmeal. I know I can substitute chia seeds (almost no net carbs) for the oatmeal, but I don't really like cold breakfast and I am not sure whether you can heat chia pudding.

I have my doctor's appointment next week. She will probably increase my dose of the ARB medication I am taking. I started to add potassium despite the ARB (it can cause hyperkalemia at high doses) but I will probably drop the potassium when my doctor increases the medication. I still take magnesium though.
