Ugh, gaining weight is so disheartening but I need to remember that it’s all part of the process and I shouldn’t give up. Granted I slipped up and had an evening of drinking lots of wine and eating junk food all in an effort to emotionally support my friend. I need to remember that I can emotionally support people without me falling off track or putting health and lifestyle on the back burner. Back to the drawing bored to adjust I guess.
