Day 4 complete and on to day 5.Everything's lookin great and going as expected. It almost feels like I'm eating a lot, but the macros are right where I want them. I thought I almost screwed up by having a late meal last night at this restaraunt/lounge down in Oakland called Arsimona. The Olympics were on and it was Jamaican night. So of course the crowd there went NUTS when Bolt won another Gold with the ease. So I had this awesome jerk chicken plate that included candied plantanes, small garden salad, and red beans and rice. Didnt really touch the starches so I came out unscathed. Downed quite a bit of Jameson last night too. Damn. I must admit, I love my diet. "Wings and whiskey"... who ever would've thought?

Down yet another pound??? Humpfff...really amazed at how you go up and down so quickly but it works well for ya! How is your calf muscle healing?

Very little exercise as well :) The calf is coming along slowly. Which is a bummer, but it is what it is!

I just realized caffeine aids in weight loss - so perhaps all the delicious coffee you pound daily also helps the cause!

Ya, that could very well be true! But tonight, if there's a loss it'll be due to dehydration. I'm attending a wedding in a few with my military coworkers. Need I say more?
