I get so frustrated with myself. I need more willpower, & to learn to say no to family. We go out to eat 2-3 times a week. I can almost hit my 1200 calories in that one meal . I usually only eat once a day, especially if we go out. I live by myself n when I'm at home I make better choices, far from perfect but usually better. My weight has been stalled out since I started having to take insulin, & my back & hip got so bad that I can't ride my exercise bike, n walking is really hard.
