I was hoping that I would be in the 80's by now. But it seems like things are getting tougher and tougher. I blame myself for lack of discipline. But I really hope I get to my goal soon. I lost 30 kg's in such a short space of time. Now I have just 27 kg's to go and it's taking a life time to get there. Maybe I need to reset my mind, I'm way too relaxed and it's not helping. I think I should put myself under the same pressure that I did in the beginning, it worked much better than this relaxed mode that I'm in.
