A small loss, I will take that! Have stayed on track mostly but succumbed to ice cream while out with granddaughter Emily at least twice which brought me over my Carb limit. Started Tai chi class three weeks ago and I love it! It's made a massive difference to my neck problem and I feel the benefits already. It's a ladies group lead by a lovely Derbyshire lady and I look forward to class each week. Also have been out walking most days. Off to see the new Mama Mia film tomorrow with Ems but she has insisted on a long walk first! Happy Thursday everyone!
