I was racking my lady brain tying to figure out why I was stalling with my weight loss. I thought I had blown it yesterday. Went to the gym (didn't over do it this time 🤣) and ate over 250 more calories than I would normally. But! I'm losing again! Thanks for all the encouragement and positivity here on FS! I have found out that I must in corporate exercise more as I'm not doing it as often as I should. Shame on me.
