When you go from low carb to a regular diet, you need to add in in carbs slowly or you may see a gain on the scale. It happens with any low carb diet. I do a modified Atkins on WW. I don't lose well with too many carbs. You may also need to really track your food. People who have very little to lose, may take longer to get the weight off. Kick up your exercise plan to burn calories.
