I feel good about my progress. Last week the drop came the day after I weighed in. This week it came early, tho I like to see the scale say the same thing for three days before I'll believe it. Also I need to weigh myself before I have my coffee. Did you know 8oz water weighs 1lb?

Today I feel a little bored with this project. At 165 only one more lb I will be down 30 lbs. I can tell one of the BIG rolls around my waist has changed and my clothes fit better...don't think I'll have to buy one-size-up...when the time comes. I'm thinking about buying (treating) myself to a new nightie, something pretty besides this rag I wear. I hope that will keep me motivated.

My oldest son is coming home this weekend. His 10 yr HS reunion is this weekend. Whose old child is he? He's successful, but hates his job and MOM can't do anything about that but listen.
