I know this sounds crazy but I had a dream that God spoke to me and told me I needed to weigh myself because I'd lost 3 lb. So, in my dream I got on the scales and lo and behold, 3 pounds gone. This morning, after that dream, I was so tempted to weigh even tho, usually, I try not to weigh more than once every one or two weeks for fear of discouragement. It's hard for me to lose weight, averaging 1/4 to 1 pound a week and sometimes gaining. Anyway, I gave in to an urge to weigh, although the last weigh in was two days ago, and... by golly,....down 3 pounds. I got on and off that scales 4 times, thinking it was a fluke. But wow and wow! No fluke! It took over 4 years for me to lose the first 35 pounds with counting calories and intense exercise; until a car accident stopped the working out portion.. Now I've lost 25 pounds in less than 2.5 months on Keto with minimal exercise. That's 60 pounds altogether!! Who woulda thunk it! Eating healthy fat gets rid of unhealthy body fat. Yeah! Now on to the next 5 pound goal.
