I think I have done very well this past week I have finally gotten use to drinking so much water. I am getting close to being overweight and not obese according to my BMI. I garden and my cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes are coming in so I'm going so save a lot on groceries so I can buy some new clothes that aren't such FAT clothes. You know the ones that look like a BIG sack. I'm also going to check my cholestrol and blood pressure once I'm sure I'm stabilized at my Overweight category weight. Its been about 12 years since I've weighed around this weight. green][/color]
