Yesterday I ate well and went to the gym... even though I did eat healthily I went overboard at dinner. I felt disgusting because I didn’t portion my food right. I still had a loss though so I’m excited. I’m tired of my wavering weight and sooooo ready to get to the 260s. Today I will continue my healthy eating and exercise and make sure I portion my foods correctly. To make sure I do that I’m gonna post everything I eat on here ☺️ see you guys in a few
