My niece came over last night to visit and watch an NBA game. We went to the store to buy treats for everyone (ice cream, candy, donuts the works 🙂) she asked how in the world I was not going to eat any of it. I told her seeing the scale go down is my motivation (and not feeling miserable from sugar/carb overload) the scale rewarded my willpower! Yay!

Thanks jennifer and ny_shelly! I’m not always great at staying away from junk but I feel empowered and happy when I do (hours later of course haha) my husband ate the junk and told me it was NOT worth it!😉 have fun at the game!

Thanks PenMike! Having treats around is definitely difficult but I have 5 kids and there is just no way to keep treats away🙂

Good for you! I can't wait to see the weight coming off. I had put my weight at 244 when I started but the doctor's sheet I brought home said 240. But my scale is 10 lbs off so I guess as I weigh, I'll just have to add 10 lbs every time. IDK what else to do. I'm surprised our scale are that far off - doc's and mine. Have a fabulous rest of your day everybody.

Yes I agree and besides like you said momma that feeling isn't a pleasant one when you don't eat sugar...I have a house full of junk and it doesn't interest me...but I have my low carb foods to...its so different now for me...not even trying hard I just don't want it...love you bestie...from the westie ha ha
