I need to start getting back on here religiously... my weight has been fluctuating a lot... I’m trying to get down 30 pounds I know I can do it quickly too! I just gotta put my mind to it. I’m going to start working out atleast once a day. I always fail at losing weight because I always either eat healthily or workout... never both in conjunction 🤦🏿♀️ wish me luck guys ! I also said after finals I’m going to do the smoothie diet, but only for 5 days... you know, baby steps ☺️
