Yesterday I had less than 100 calories without even planning. 800 sounds a bit scary to me (REALLY scary actually), but I need to do it for myself and those who love me. Had 74 already so far and it's 11am. I plan to get to about 300 today, increasing by 150 every day.
I lost another pound and I am one pound away from getting to my February goal. I still hope I will get to 56-57 by March, when the real shit starts and I will eat the recommended daily calories for losing weight (1200).
I am also not an athletic person, but I think I will try to take up running in March when the weather gets a bit nicer, but I do yoga 4x a week, more for my mind than for my body.
That's about it.

So on Monday I'm starting recovery from an eating disorder. This will be hard and I know I might be discouraged from time to time, but I am determined to make it work in the end. Yes, I still want to lose weight, but I'm starting to eat. 800 first and then I'm adding 75 every week until I get to 1200. I still don't see myself eating more than that.
Yeah, anyway, I hope this will work. If not - hello death.
