Well, ive been doing quite well so far. I dont even have the need for chocolate anymore! im finding it hard with the no cheese situation as I have an addiction to halloumi cheese and emmental. ive been to the gym three times already and am going to go today as well. i think ive lost 3lbs already, my target is to be 8 st 10lbs as not been that for ages by the end of this week! (sunday) was a bit bad and have had a slice of my homemade lemon cake but only very small piece, and have stopped eating after 8pm now.
been drinking lots of mint and this dr stuarts detox tea which i love, although im still a bit confused over cup sizes for portions as im english! i read it was 125g (which seems like loads!) and then100gs so im just going to do 75g as cant eat a lot of rice anyway as it makes me bloated!
ah well, i never thought id manage 1 day let along 5.

Think this diet is great for me.. as Im completely vegetarian. Ill just substitute the chicken for vege chicken or a vege burger and hopefully that will work! but sorry for anyone who is missing meat, x

I found the diet in a magazine and have started today.. having a boiled egg and fruit! has this diet actually worked for anyone? thought id give it a try and my bf goes away for 2 weeks on weds so makes it a bit easyer not to give into temptation!!!

Breakfast: 1 Boiled Egg with tsp of ketchup, and one cup of blueberries
Snacking on carrotts (yum!)
gym..... 20 mins cycling, 10 mins cross trainer (am so weak!) and half an hour running.
lunch - small salad from the old marks and sparks with a bit of their chive dressing
snacking on... carrots. they really are that tasty!
is this journal meant to be interesting? will help me keep on track if im writing everything down!!!
handed in horrible essay as well. exciting!
