Weighed in at WW today and was so excited to be down again---that's 4 pounds in 3.5 weeks of doing Fat Secret.com---I figure out my WW points and am finding I do not eat the full points any days---they allot me 29---I am eating between 23 and 26 every day. Obviously 29 points is way too many for my height---and certainly 49 above that in a week would be disastrous!!
Continuing my HR monitor daily as well---really helps me get motivated to move more! I aim at burning 2000 cal a day or more!

I weighed in this morning at WW and was down 16. pounds. That's 3 pounds in 3 weeks---this is working for me---I am using my HR monitor to determine how many calories I have actually burned during each art of the day and during workouts. I am making sure that I have at least 1200 calories and a minimum of 500 calorie deficit each day!. When I figure WW points I find that I am eating only an average of 25 pts. perday. Obviously, WW has allocated me too many points for my height and weight as they want me to eat 29 points with a possible extra 49 throughout the week. I will continue to do this and hope to meet goal by the end of June at the latest!

So last night after a rather sedentary day working on my quilt plans for the kids I did a half hour on the Wii Just Dance II Sweat it . I had planned to do an hour and should have but Delores called right at the halfway point and then I didn't go back to it---so today I'm back to 138--now is that why? Who knows? But my calorie intake was about 150 higher than the day before and my burn was a hundred or so lower so maybe?? Or is my body going to adapt to this routine as well and take back it's cherished pounds and go right back to 140+ again?? What a long two years of struggle this has been.
K. and Gale come today---so the problem becomes, how to continue and get exercise with them here. I have my HR M on and will hope that I can make it happen.
