Hello to everyone. I am new and ever so happy to have stumbled upon this website. For the last 4 weeks, both my husband and have been using the fit works program from it works marketing. This is not a diet but a lifestyle change for both my husband and myself. So far, my husband has lost 22lbs and 14.5 inches and I have lost 10.5 lbs. and 8.25 inches. We began our eating plan on January 16,2010. It is a plan we can definitely live with the rest of our lives. I eat 5 times a day and my husband eats 6 times a day. When I say eat, I do not mean all lettuce or itsy bits of food, we eat well balanced meals. We wrap in the body wraps once a week to lose inches and detox our bodies (and it really does work) and we follow the eating plan. I have noticed that no one on here is using the it works plan, so I guess I am kind of a loner here. From the second day, I lost all craving for sugary, gooey carbohydrates. I think that journaling online about my new lifestyle will keep me accountable for each thing I do. I have 8 more lbs to lose before my goal weight. I am loosing approximately 2 lbs a week. For me that is a milestone, considering how hard it has been for me in the past. I hope everyone has a great day, I know I will. Will write more later. Connie
