Restarting the process. logged nutrition today, the first time in quite a few years. it was actually a little enjoyable. I even made my macros! we'll see how it goes.
I would like to drop some body fat to look and feel better. I know I'm in good shape overall and that I'm fit, and I can play sports, etc. I just want to not feel so heavy and I want to feel really good about going to the water park this summer.

Ok, I knew something was up. I weighed in yesterday using the Wii Fit, and got a number of 194. The Wii has never been off by more than a couple pounds from other scales before, and I have ever reason to believe that I am NOT 186 lbs as I posted I was in my previous journal.
I'll measure myself probably again today just to see if there's a difference in the measures, but for now I'm going with the 194, which is about 9 lbs more than where I want to be. It's not that I can't weigh 194 and be healthy, even muscular; rather, I'd just like to be back down to about 185.
I hope to do some Wii Fit today, some good stretching and yoga, and then hopefully begin to watch my food intake a lot more. I'm still on break from work, and out of town, so my dieting will be dependent on a lot of things. But there's still a lot of personal choice that I have in what I eat, when I eat, and definitely how much I eat.

Still have a lot of work to do. Not sure how I lost the poundage with all the junk that I'd been eating lately, but I'll take it for now. I'll rework a plan for the new year later.
