Happy Hump Day. Hard to believe already into May. Not sure where my last two weeks or so have gone, just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day...Wow!
So sorry, I haven't been on recently, not sure what is up with me...think I am in a funk of sorts. WOE is going well...considering I haven't even logged foods..been just kinda winging it, which I know is the beginning of the end. Made myself re-commit this morning, as this is important, and without this site and all of you....know I will not be successful.
Miss all of you very much....thinking of you all often.
So....I am back...will check in with all of my dear buddies later today, need to get an early start...really dislike the 8:00a meetings.
Thanks so much for not giving up on me.

Good Saturday Morning.....
Yikes...Weighed in today....Up, Up, Up...4lbs. Not going to freak out, nor let it ruin my day...I am very aware of what I did and didn't do this week....
First off...going back to weighing daily..this keeps me aware...and focused.
Next...need to make sure I make time to get on FS everyday, have not been on very much this week...and it is evident that I need the support and interactions, again to keep me focused....
Record, Record, Record, fell off here too this week....normally record everything, everyday, and pre-plan....didn't happen.
Okay...enough about that....I know what I need to do...so "Just Do It!"
Wishing everyone has a Blessed Easter Weekend...filled with love, laughter and happiness....!

Happy Wednesday to all FS buddies.
Haven't been on much last couple of days....hope all is well with everyone.
Spent the day with my grandson on Sunday, it was a lovely day, really enjoyed it, however, it all fell apart when we got home. Evidently, there was a weak spot in my fence, that we were unaware of. My daughter let the dogs out around 4 or so..before she went into work, when we came home they were both gone. Canvassed the neighborhood that night with no luck. Was actually quite frantic. On Monday, made up signs, and had my Hubby out talking to neighbors bright and early. Called up Animal Control, and they directed me to their Web-Site, which is actually, quite nifty, it is updated, hourly. When I went to the Web-site, there they were, my two wayward boys...mug shot and all! Was so relieved. The Shelter was closed on Monday, so couldn't bail them out until noon yesterday! Fence is now reinforced they are not going anywhere, dogs have been bonded out and are home safe...What a relief!
I am extremely bloated/ holding water, this morning, rings are really tight, and worse yet..."true bags" under eyes...almost looks like a mild allergic reaction...guess I need to wait and see, what happens today with that, only thing different that I ate...was Soy Splenda..yesterday....? Need to keep an eye on this, and make sure I drink lots of water today.
Well...hope everyone has a wonderful day...filled with love, laughter and happiness.
