Sooo...
It’s taken me a while to come back on here because like always I am starting again. I had an allergy appointment and found out that in addition to my seafood allergy, a beef allergy has now presented itself. I was on Keto and had lost a significant amount of weight but after hearing about my allergy I started stress eating and you guessed it, I am back to 230. Ugh! Why do I do this to myself? Now it seems like I am limited to chicken, turkey, pork and ham - unless I develop allergies to those too. Considering becoming a vegetarian but I love meat. What to do? What to do? I fear that I may become tired of just Chicken and veggies. Any suggestions out there? Pray that I find my control again and stick to it this time.

Day 18:
No weight loss but no weight gain, which let me tell y’all is a good thing because I went to the movies and had soda, butter loaded popcorn plus a bag of candy. Also probably TMI but dang let me tell you my stomach did not like me after that. 😶
Anyway it’s almost the weekend everyone, enjoy your day!

Day 17: No bad food and down 2.2 pounds.
Day 16: 229.6 had a busy day today, had a training for lunch and went out to eat even though I had my lunch then after a rosary ended up eating dinner at 9:30 pm and let’s just say I didn’t make the best choices there either and to top it off I had sugar loaded sweet tea. Ugh!

Day 15: Ugh! Meal prepped yesterday, got tired of being in the kitchen so grabbed some Mexican food. Obviously not the best choice. I hate that I fall off on weekends!
Day 14: 227.6 I forgot to log yesterday morning.

Day 13:
Ate very little yesterday, had breakfast, a protein bar for lunch and half a protein shake for dinner with a side of potato chips (I couldn’t resist).
