It's always time to change, there is always room for improvement. It is alway your next move. There's no time like the present....quote after quote for motivation and inspiration. but what to do when those aren't working????
I feel like the frustrated hamster on the squeaky wheel in its tiny little cage.
When I started on fatsecret, I told myself and everyone else that I was done with yo-yo dieting, and that I'm going to stick with my new self. Well, I did. But for the past four weeks, I've stumbled and slipped up. I haven't eaten well, I haven't been exercising at all, NOTHING. I simply haven't cared about myself. Stress of college, work, a new relationship, an injured knee, and not enough quality family time is what I'm allowing to sabotage all my hard work. Yes, I'm allowing it. And I need to stop. I need to stop the vicious cycle I let go of a long time ago, the one I just grabbed hold of. So, I went for a jog for 15 minutes, I tried to eat healhty today, and did until I became so overwhelmed. Btw I am an emotional eater.
My new relationship is no more, and I just started a new job. Life is full of ups and downs, I know this. I just have to keep my head up when I'm down. I know this also.
If anyone out there has any advice, any encouragement, I could really use it. Thanks.
