Gotta love the up and down of this but as long as its on the down side I'll take it. I blame hormones this week. Next week not so much.

My weight went up, but I know why. Sometimes it sucks to be a female when your hormones take you hostage. Now I also know why all I wanted to do was eat the other day and why it was such a struggle. Argh, I wish there was a better way to control such things besides straight discipline. It wasn't as bad as it could have been for sure but that sure is annoying when trying to reach a goal.

Yuck, last night I stayed up too late, got hungry and ate too much again before bed. Why do I always have to do that? I wish someone would come up with a solution to late-night hunger pains. I know it's better to go to bed on an empty stomach, I'm just not good at it :( Today I at least played all 14 innings of a softball double-header, catching the whole time so I know those squats are good for me but it doesn't make me feel much better. I just have to eat better for the rest of the day. No, I should not have had the pancakes after the games, but as long as I level it out for the rest of the day, I should be ok... right? Whatever...
