Well, I have been doing really good these past couple days at sticking to my diet and not going over my daily calorie limit. Also doing well at limiting my carbs and sugars. I am going to phase butter and margarine out of my cooking and replace it with butter flavored cooking spray. I will only use butter if I have a slice of toast.

Sadly I have yet to start my pilates. I wake up in pain from my arthritis and neuropathy and just can't seem to bring myself to start. I know they say exercise helps with arthritis, I just have to psych myself up to ignore the pain I already have and push forward with those pilates.

So, while I am a bit proud of the progress I am doing at sticking to my daily diet, I am a bit bummed at not sticking with my exercise program. I have asked my Doctor to set me up with physical therapy again, seems like I have been waiting for a referral for over a month now. I think I will call him on Monday and remind him again. I think that may help with my exercise. The place I have in mind has an aquatics program for its physical therapy. I'd love that, but not so sure I'd love cramming myself into a one piece bathing suit LOL. Hopefully till I start losing some weight they will allow me to do the aquatics in shorts and a tee.

I'd like to thank everyone that has been supporting me in my journal entries and posting tips, encouragement and advice. It really helps to know I am not alone in this. I am so happy I found this web site!
