I can do hours and hours worth of pilates or yoga per day and it has been life-saving yet 20 minutes of low-impact cardio feels like death.😵 It's quite frustrating because of my anxiety I could not do any cardio up to this point of my weight loss journey. When my heart stars pumping faster than its usual rate,my brain freaks out and thinks I'm in danger or some nonsense and causes me to faint or see a sort of gap in my vision and like rainbow lightning strikes shooting in my eyes..idk..it's annoying! I'm sick of it! I'm done not being in control of my mind and body. I'll do whatever it takes to get better. if that means pushing through all the bad experiences of certain exercises. Fine I'll do it and I will succeed!!! Time to start working harder than ever... I've said all this publicly now so I can't back out!😂😇🙈
