Something weird is going on, I reached a plateau for a week now, not snacking, not overeating, keeping sodium down. Also having digestive issues and bought meds for it today, hopefully will be better soon.
But am going to change things up for a week and foreman grill a lot of skinless chicken breast tomorrow with no sodium Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning on one side, and a no salt spice/herb mix I made myself because I don't like any of the Mrs. Dash varieties. Made a topping with the KNorr's (so much salt but this will be okay in small amounts) veg dip mix, an entire big bag of fresh spinach, non fat greek yogurt, some Hellman's and I added in some shredded mozzarella. Hoping it goes well and gets me out of this plateau.
I did eat a double cheese burger from BK Wednesday- after my stomach issues and 3 weeks of adhering to my August challenge I felt slightly guilty, but was in awe how good that little burger tasted. (I am back on the challenge now) Hubby's bday is 2nd week of Sept, mine the 1st week of October. I plan on going back on my no-added sugar days until those two days- and back on, then the two winter holidays. I think that is okay, and do-able.
I just hope whatever is going on w/ my belly is going to get better thru the end of this week. I do not want to have to go to the doctor/er for this but if it doesn't shape up by Monday then that's probably where I will be headed. I'm just really tired and slept an unusual amount Wednesday. So something is out of whack.
