Wonderful Wednesday - it's been a good day. I felt like I got a lot accomplished in the kitchen this morning before the gym. Gym work was good. Work at lab has been good too. It's too cold for me today and I'm cold inside but I'm getting an extra calorie burn for my shivering so I will stay positive about it. I'm going home at 12, close my eyes and meditatite for about 20 minutes and work until 2. Then walk for 1 hr and a 15 minutes. Can't wait for tonight's dinner. Tomorrow I will work on SIA's before swim, swim, home to eat and work , then walk lunch, walk if it isn't raining yet.

Can't believe how lucky I am today. Zach isn't here and Tonya is leaving early so I am changing my schedule too. I'm going home early, take a nap, and then walk instead of walking right away. I need a nap today because I got up too early. I had a great workout though and I'd rather skip some sleep than miss out on a good workout opportunity. Leaving at 11:30ish.

Monday has been a good day. I had a great workout, with stair climbing intervals, and great weights too. Even got a 45 minute walk in at work while getting lots of work done too. I will really enjoy my walk this afternoon because it is sunny and warm. To top it off, one of my very favorite dinners tonight of talapia and shrimp. Michael's dinner is easy and ready to go so easy breazy preperation. I am thankful for a gym that is open always. M is trying LC, TH for Jim for encouraging him. TF for having M at home with me. TF for huge flexibility at work.

Im feeling stressed about christmas and it's still a week away. I will take things one day at a time. Today... gym from 315 to 430. spin class from 515 to 6. home by 7. eggs and expungements all day. finish sia. 45 min walk twice on days when I have 2 moring workouts. one hour twice a day on days with one workout unless at work. then one walk hour and a half. Monday I will wrap presents. friday I will make strawberry salad and saturday morning I will make deviled eggs. For christmas dinner, a few pieces of ham and 4 deviled eggs halves. that's it. with my russell stover candy. I can get thru the day. it will be fine. I will most likely have bacon and cabbage for lunch that day.
