Here comes the long weekend (aka) first real challeng for me! My best friend is going to visiting, and I'm always super lazy about cooking on the weekend... I'm already thinking about places that would be fun to take her out to eat..(bad bad bad). I'm trying to replace it with things that will be fun to "do" not eat. I NEED to kick this bad habit! It's ruining my weight efforts. I always think it's ok to "cheat" on the weekends, but that just crushes the "life style" change I want to make...
I can do this, I will do this, I want to do this....

Ok day 2 is almost done, I did really great today but I'm feeling very tired! I think I remember the first few days are like this....... Right? Well I'm trying to make a goal chart, but I'm just not sure what is a "realistic" goal/time frame for the SBD. I want to me 10 lbs lighter in 4 weeks. Do you think this is doable? Also it would be nice to be 35lbs lighter by Christmas, and reach my goal of 60 lbs by my birthday in May.
What do you think?

Ok so here I am back at it... But this time I'm going to do it with my Husband and well you all out there! I'm starting today and I'm not looking forward to the next couple of days, the hardest, but then I have a long weekend with friends. A huge down fall for me is social eating. But I'm going to do it, and I'm taking pictures of myself to actually SEE the result of my hard work.
